Please contact your case manager if you want to be considered for the Turkey Drop 2024 card.

Eligibility Criteria

Must meet at least one (1) of the following:

• Zero Income
• Between 150% and 400% Federal Poverty Level
• Documented Financial Hardship
• Hospitalization within 90 days

AND

Must meet all of these:

• One (1) per household.
• Denied or ineligible for SNAP benefits
• Not receiving food card through Ryan White Program.

Disqualifications

• Not attending medical appointments
• Not completing/submitting labs
• Failed to pick up or accept Turkey Drop in prior years
• Previous food card violation
• Eligibility expired
• Not attending scheduled appointments with case manager (No Show)
