Children and Youth (0-24 Years Old)
Adults (25-64 Years Old)
Over 50% of these adults are individuals experiencing homelessness. Just over 12% are part of a homeless family.
Older Adults (65+)
Almost all of the older adults experiencing homeless are doing so alone.
Non-White
White identifying homeless individuals comprise only 32% of all homelessness, while the rest identify as non-white individuals.
Rent, Mortgage, and Utility
Short-Term Financial Assistance
Covers rent, mortgage, and utility debts and dues, as well as late fees and other penalties (restrictions apply). Household must already be housed, provide proof of recent short-term emergency situation, be listed on the lease/mortgage and/or utility bill.
Rent Deposit and First Month
Permanent Housing Placement
Program can assist with rent security deposit, first month’s rent, application and credit check fees, administration fees, utility deposit, and utility activation fees. Restrictions apply.
Temporary Shelter
Facility Based Transitional Housing
Must be an individual (with no dependents) and have no animals. Transitional housing is a temporary shelter program with ongoing case management services. Restrictions apply.
