Stephen Jackson is an avid long distance cyclist who became involved with Miracle of Love during the first of his three experiences with Smart Ride, a 165-mile journey for HIV/AIDS from Miami to Key West. He moved to Orlando from San Francisco in 1990, 2 years later he lost his first partner to complications from HIV/AIDS. For the past 6 years, he has been a manager with Hard Rock International, and he has been serving on the board of directors for Miracle of Love since June, 2014. He and his husband of 16 years live in Orlando where, as a couple living with HIV, they remain advocates of the Central Florida Mission of “Getting to Zero.”
Anthony has served on the board since 2006. He has built an extensive practice representing disabled individuals in obtaining their disability benefits from the Social Security Administration. Since 2001, Anthony has assisted hundreds of clients, both children and adults, in obtaining their Social Security Disability benefits through the administrative process which included the Local District Office, Hearing office, and the Appeals Council. Anthony has filed and won several law suits against the Commissioner of Social Security Administration in the United States District Courts in Florida.

A native of New York, Dan has lived in Orlando since 2007.
He is a graduate of the University at Buffalo Jacobs School of Management with a concentration in finance. Dan previously held multiple roles in retail, business and commercial banking throughout the country. Dan has served and continues to serve on numerous boards and was recently recognized by the Orlando Sentinel as “someone to know” in Central Florida.

Joaquin Barinas, Esq., is an Associate Attorney at Lender Legal Services, LLC. Joaquin graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Boston University in 2003. He obtained his Juris Doctor degree from Penn State University – Dickinson School of Law in 2006. Joaquin began his career in the public sector then moved into private practice gaining experience in real estate, foreclosure, and bankruptcy law. Joaquin further developed his skills by completing a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida.
Joaquin became involved with the Miracle of Love, Inc., Board of Directors in 2011. He became involved with the Board of Directors in memory of his uncle who passed away.
